Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another. This is a show about the people doing that work in ordinary places. Pastors, missionaries, nonprofit leaders, business owners, educators, and counselors from our own communities.
Leadership and the parts of it that don’t make it into books. Theology worked out in practice. Discipleship, outreach, family, cultural questions, entrepreneurship, missions, and the lessons that only show up after a few years in.
Long conversations. Few interruptions. No pretending anyone has it figured out.
